We offer a visit in The Salt Mine ? one of the oldest salt mines which was entered on the UNESCO international list of world heritage sites in 1978. The Mine was the place of salt mining since The Middle Ages up to a 1996. It has 9 levels ? the first one ? Bono is situated on a 64 meters level under the ground, the last was is 327 meters under the ground.

The popular in all over the world touristic route was established in XVIII and XIV century. Over million tourists visit every year that 3.5 km trail, admiring passages, great chapels ? made of salt, underground lakes, salt sculptures and original mining tools.

After sightseeing we offer you a rest in a complex of salt rooms.

We would like to invite you to visit the Museum of Schindler?s Factory and to participate in the History Lesson of Oskar Schindler?s Legend.

Oskar Schindler - German businessman founder of enamelware factory in occupied city of Krakow (Deutschen Emalienfabrik ? D.E.F.). Gratuitous workers ? mainly Jews from the Krakow Ghetto were forced to work by occupants. Schindler?s fortune started to rise and Schindler himself became a very respected person by German Nazi Army Officers. In 1942 Nazis were implementing The Endlösung Plan ? ?Final Solution Plan?. Germans started the termination of Krakow Ghetto, and the Jews were moved to the Labour and Concentration Camp - Konzentrationslager Plaszow bei Krakau, where some of people were forced to work and rest convicted to death. Oskar Schindler decided to rescue as many Jews as it was possible. He created an over 1000 names list of people who could work in his factory.

In 1993 Steven Spielberg created a film Schindler's List, based on a Thomas Keneally novel Schindler's Ark. In 1995, 100 years anniversary of cinematography the film was put on a Vatican 45 films list of religious, moral and artistic movies.
